1st Property Preservation Services is owned by 2 minority women, who are all Real Estate Brokers. Collectively we have over 46 years of experience in the real estate industry. We have superior software capabilities that allow adequate tracking of each asset assigned.

We have aligned our office with an experienced general contractor and several inspectors in our area. Alexa St. Julian also a partner, has worked as either transaction manager, field service representative or both in the property preservation business.
